Your reservation will be guaranteed by credit card, and we remind you that payment will be made directly by the guest on the day of arrival at the hotel. You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before the day of your arrival at the hotel at no cost. If the cancellation policy is not fulfilled, we will proceed with the charge of the first night to your credit card.
For groups that have made a reservation of 6 or more rooms, a deposit of 50% of the reservation must be paid and cancellations must be made 20 days before the arrival date. If this occurs between 20 and 10 days before, 30% of the expenses will be charged. If it occurs less than 10 days in advance, the deposit will not be returned.

Our gastronomic restaurant Allegar, whose name means the objective of each of its tasting menus, to sop up the plate, surrounded by the medieval wall of the XI century of Briones.
- Opening hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday: from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. / Friday and Saturday: from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / Monday: closed.

The Calado restaurant, in an old Riojan wine cellar from the 16th century, with traditional cuisine based on the quality of the local product and the enjoyment of its flavors.
- Opening hours: Monday: from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday: from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / Friday and Saturday: closed.
