The entity responsible for the treatment of personal data is the hotel that collects such data through the e-GDS® platform for the execution of its business activities.
For the treatment of personal data, the subcontractor entity “XYZT - Computação Gráfica, S.A”, which developed and manages the e-GDS® – Global Distribution Solutions platform, operates under strict contractual obligations and solely for technical purposes related to the platform.
The personal data collected through this platform are intended exclusively for the normal management of the business activities of the responsible hotel, namely making reservations and contacts associated with them. These data will not be shared or disclosed to any other entities except those mentioned above.
The collection of personal data follows strict rules of necessity and relevance. All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk, and only essential information for the purposes mentioned is requested.
Personal data are securely stored and are only accessible by authorized personnel for the time necessary to fulfill the contract or established contacts. Technical and organizational measures are in place to ensure the protection of personal data.
Data owners have the right to access their personal data through a personal area, where they can correct, edit, or delete them in accordance with regulations. They may also request a copy of their data or restrict its processing under specific circumstances.
Personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described unless a longer retention period is required by law.
